RELAYTRI Team details: 

THE SWIM
Swim 750m from Salina Beach around 2 buoys and back.

THE BIKE
Ride your shining bike for three loops, that’s 20km, starting off from Salina Bay up to the turnaround point and back. ​

​THE RUN
Two members of your team have to run 5k each,  one waiting for the other to arrive. Yes, this is a relay event after all.

Keep in mind that team must consist of at least one male and one female.
