🔗 League Eligibility Criteria: Participants must engage in a minimum of 3 out of the 4 races, out of which one must be the final race on 8th of December. For the double categories, the partners must be the same for all the races and cannot be different. Participants have the option of changing partners, however they will not be eligible for points in the overall league. Brace yourself for a true Hyrox challenge, as the December 8th race boasts full distances and exercises. The preceding 3 races maintain the full exercise roster, but with a half-distance run of 500m. Points will be given to the first 20 places in each category.
