About the event
Individual Race Information:
Participants will navigate a 200m obstacle course. This race will make use of band system whereby each participant will be provided with three (3) wristbands to be worn on their right hand. Competitors may lose a maximum of two bands during the race, which must be recuperated by completing penalty loops before finishing. Each participant is allowed a maximum of two retries, which must be booked at the arena depending on availability.
The Club Assault Course – Summer Super Sprint will take place on Sunday, 15th September 2024, from 17:00 to 19:00.
Team Relay Information:
The team must be made up of two males and two females. The team will be given two wrist bands (2), and in the case of a loss of bands, the team must do the penalty loops together. It is up to the team to chose the member who will be wearing the wrist bands.
