Goodie bag and bib collection at event at 9.30am and not later than 30min before the start.

All the route is visible since it is a loop around the inside of the picnic area (terrain soil, nature, contained area, safe & traffic fee)

Before the family fun run at 10pm a fun junior duathlon (run/bike/run) event s shall be held for children between the ages of 4yrs to 15yrs spilt in 4 ages groups/categories.

CAT 1 – 2021 – 2020 – 2019 4-5-6 yrs
CAT 2 – 2018 – 2017 – 2016 7-8-9 yrs
CAT 3 – 2015 – 2014 – 2013 10-11-12yrs
CAT 4 – 2012 – 12yrs +

CAT 1 100m run / 500m Bike / 100m run
CAT 2 200m run / 1km Bike / 200m run
CAT 3 300m run / 2km Bike / 300m run
CAT 4 500m run / 3km Bike / 500m run

Feel free to enroll your children for this fun event too.

We also have a junior Triathlon team (run / swim / cycle) and would welcome your children to give it a try.
