THE GRID BOX – We wanted to create a functional event that was open to all levels of fitness, and that did not involve the high weights that some of these type of events use.
The Event will be split into two sections 🅰️&🅱️.
Section 🅰️ – Here you will run 400mtr, enter Zone A & perform 4 exercises of 10 reps each. This will continue until you have done 4 rounds (400+10/400+15/400+20/400+25)… following final exercise you will run round to enter zone B. (50mtr)
👉Total Distance 🏃‍♀️1.6km 👉 Total reps🤸 280
Section 🅱️ – This we are calling the shuttle area. Here you will shuttle back and fort between Ball toss and Thrusters in a count up format. 1 Ball toss run to thruster and complete 1 rep, this will be done until you have reached 10 Ball Toss & 10 Thrusters. Once the 10th thruster is done you run to the finish line.

👉 Med Ball Weight 6kg Women (9Ft) 10kg Men (10ft)
👉 KB Weight (16kg Men) (12Kg Wmn)
Event is open to all levels with all participants being timed.
