DESCRIPTION:Time & Location\n\n\n15 Sept 2024\, 17:00 – 19:00 \nThe Club Arena\, 121 Triq Filippu Zammit\, Il-Qrendi\, Malta \n\n\n\n\nAbout the event\n\n\nIndividual Race Information: \nParticipants will navigate a 200m obstacle course. This race will make use of band system whereby each participant will be provided with three (3) wristbands to be worn on their right hand. Competitors may lose a maximum of two bands during the race\, which must be recuperated by completing penalty loops before finishing. Each participant is allowed a maximum of two retries\, which must be booked at the arena depending on availability. \nThe Club Assault Course – Summer Super Sprint will take place on Sunday\, 15th September 2024\, from 17:00 to 19:00. \nTeam Relay Information: \nThe team must be made up of two males and two females. The team will be given two wrist bands (2)\, and in the case of a loss of bands\, the team must do the penalty loops together. DESCRIPTION:THE GRID BOX – We wanted to create a functional event that was open to all levels of fitness\, and that did not involve the high weights that some of these type of events use.\n\n\nThe Event will be split into two sections &.\n\n\n\nSection  – Here you will run 400mtr\, enter Zone A & perform 4 exercises of 10 reps each. This will continue until you have done 4 rounds (400+10/400+15/400+20/400+25)… following final exercise you will run round to enter zone B. (50mtr)\nTotal Distance 1.6km  Total reps 280\n\n\n\nSection  – This we are calling the shuttle area. Here you will shuttle back and fort between Ball toss and Thrusters in a count up format. 1 Ball toss run to thruster and complete 1 rep\, this will be done until you have reached 10 Ball Toss & 10 Thrusters. Once the 10th thruster is done you run to the finish line.\n Total reps 55+55 (110)\n Med Ball Weight 6kg Women (9Ft) 10kg Men (10ft)\n KB Weight (16kg Men) (12Kg Wmn)\n\n\n\nEvent is open to all levels with all participants being timed.\nCategories – Individual MEN / Individual WMN / Mixed Doubles\nAge Group Prizes (Cash prizes for overall winners in Individual Categories)\nExercise guide and format will be issued closer to event date\nPart of the Grid Elite League\nPart of Top Club Competition
